Michael F. Colaco is a senior executive and operating leader with more than 20 years of experience across technical, business development, operations, and executive management roles. His background spans power generation, aerospace, oil and gas, medical-device manufacturing, and advanced industrial businesses.
As Co-Founder of Auctus Global Capital, Michael brings deep operator experience to companies navigating growth, strategic transactions, operational scaling, and market expansion.
Aerospace & Industrial Leadership
Michael previously served as President and CEO of INET, leading the company following its divestiture from Magnetek and Teledyne Industries. Under his leadership, INET grew both organically and through strategic add-on acquisitions to become a leading supplier and integrator of high-end power and cooling equipment for commercial and military aircraft, missile systems, and specialized aerospace equipment.
Earlier in his career, Michael served at Lockheed Systems in Burbank, California, overseeing procurement of more than $80 million in specialty aerospace equipment.
Strategic Transactions
Michael served on the Board and as senior advisor of Schilling Robotics, LLC , a specialist in underwater robotics for the oil and gas industry , and was part of the initiative that sold Schilling Robotics to FMC Technologies for $240 million.
